Before I got my Marinettes I was dreamimg about building a boat. I liked Ted Brewer's designs. They had a special classic appeal. Check out the Quiet Times. This would be an easy haul with my GMC 3500.

One builder's advice was if you don't like to sand don't build one. I don't like to sand so my dream would be an aluminum Quiet Times. Notice the similarity in layout and function to our classic Marinettes. I did. The 8-9 knot speed would be great for river and canal cruising. A little slow for da big lake.
