Has an oddball 1 1/8" bore, but that can be changed. Four bladed, 18 x 19 bronze.

I am not sure what it is about Baltimore but I just bought a set of props from a guy in Perry Hall: 1.25 X 17 X 16, also "spares for a Carver". I think it was the same guy. Now, I am wondering where this guy is getting all his props - he didn't mention anything to me about having more. Chinese copies of Michigan wheels? I hope not.

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know "why" I look this way.I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

Could be, but it's kinda hard to "slip" props like that off the shafts without SOMEBODY seeing you do it.

The props that I got have no nut markings on them and have never been mounted. It doesn't mean that they weren't stolen. I just think it's suspicious that this guy has so many props and didn't mention it to me when I met him at a "convenient" place (not his house) to pick them up. The factory markings look normal to me. I hope they are OK, and I certainly hope that they are not stolen - I would have no way of knowing, props are not serialized. I suppose they could be fakes, but if so I won't know until I try them out.

I could use those props but trusting a guy that far away is too much for me. Any forum members out that way that would be willing to help. ???
