Jeff Ruby owns a number of restaraunts in the area. The Waterfront, the Precinct (it was a police precinct in the East End of Cincy years ago), as well as a restaraunt at the Belterra casino in Indiana. They have, by all accounts (mine included) the best steaks and raw bar in the area. They are pricey. My boss used to come into Cincy every 6 weeks or so and the Ruby's was one of those places where he had to eat. One night we had 6 guys eating and dropped 500.00+. He bought.

Actually, Sharon and I had dinner there the night before our wedding back in '02. Great food and wonderful skyline view of Cincy.

When the heading for this thread mentioned a free restaurant, Jeff and I were about to rush over. Fortunately, I followed the link and read it, now I guess we won't.....
