Me too. I've gotten into the habit of selecting the text and doing a ctrl-c just before hitting the "Post" button. That way, if I have to log in again, I can open the same posting window and do a ctrl-v to get back where I was.

Good idea Applause Nothing worse than rubbing my two brain cells together, writing a long comment and all is wasted because I got kicked off the site before I could finish d'oh!

Very funny, Pet

(Here's a suggestion for long posts. COmpose them in a simple word processing program such as Wordpad or notepad. Then copy and paste them here. If you get bumped off you can savethe post and enter it later. I don't think this problem has anything to do with the size of the post...I think the service may be flaky and prone to cutting us off. Happened to me last nite. Again)

UPDATE: Happened again right after making this post last nite

You'll have bad times, but they'll just wake you up to the good times you weren't paying attention to

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know "why" I look this way.I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
