The gauge panels on the flybridge make for tight fit. I replaced a temp gauge which had a slightly different rim and it didn't fit perfectly. Anybody know a source for exact replacements. How about whole new sets that really fit. I think Teleflex sold the whole business. I just rebuilt the flybridge. The breakers are all new. I cleaned up and kept the wires. I bench tested the gauges as well as I could. If they don't operate correctly in operation I just may put in whole new sets. I know how to cut new panels I just don't want to do it until I get a good drill press.
BTW - The drunks that typically work on boats at a yard never put back the correct fasteners. They break off the corners of the gauge and switch panels. An easy repair is to get a cheap metal 5 x 6 black picture frame from Walmart, cut off the corners with a sharp pair of scissors and use them to reinforce the panel corners. I also replaced the #6 flat heads with crown heads and trim washers to take pressure off the corner holes.
