Know what you mean about weather interfering w/boating as forecast today is for 102. Not fun even WITH ac. AFter an extended heat wave last yr, we came to the sell-her conclusion (but we had many great years from the boat under our belt and she is in fine, saleable condition). Advise you seriously consider a broker. A decent broker will do all the advertising he/she can in addition to your efforts..will be able to show her when you cannot..and knows how to bring a sale to a successful conclusion (including making the seller comes to his senses on realistic pricing!)..and knows the paperwork jungle. It's easily worth the 10 percent. Get references and don't sign a listing agreement that forever binds you to the broker in case something goes south in trhe relationship. good luck...and if you someone looking for a 1988 32' FBS, send them my way.
