This is the correct role for new members. It is the replacement role for members who cannot yet post.

It fixes a huge number of problems. I cannot delete the old role ( without deleting messages) but I am trying to fix the assignment process for new members to work correctly. Old roles may be phased out and old members reassigned to these new roles.
