Rust on the steel rudders is common and I don't see the condition of your sacricicial anodes on each rudder, they should be clean, not painted over and you can repaint your rudders easily. Remember sand and prime IMEDIATELY after finishing with the sandpaper, followed by about 3 coats of barrior and then bottom paint. If it's corrosion you might try to pop one or more of the blisters to see if it goes dirrectly to the aluminum, if it does, much work, if it doesn't that's good news. The corrosion (pitting)on the props is from cavitation and common. Bent shafts are easy to check for, place 2 straight edges perfectly horizontal and see if the shaft wants to roll to the same resting point each time, if so it's bent, this is not expensive to have fixed either. Your props look like a pro should repair by welding and rebalancing tho, and I paid 200 bucks each for mine to be done. Go to to John A's website for the proper prop pitch for your boat (approx. 14x11 if you have 1 to 1 trannys), your prop guy needs to know what exactly you need to give you maximun performance. Jack.
