(You would be heading toward Pittsburgh--it is about 2-1/2 hours driving time from Port Clinton.) I was not planning to sell and was in the midst of renovating it (rebuilt engines, aluminum aft deck, new cushions, cork floor in the cabin, refinished wood, etc), but am currently stationed in Europe and hate to see it sitting idle.
