The boat was a single screw. I am planning on installing an outboard bracket and mounting about a 200 HP outboard engine. I ran 30 foot steel Coast Guard boats with a 180 HP GM diesel and I think the O/B will be sufficient for me. The generator has not been run for years now and I am planning to put batterys with an inverter system for 110 volts in the bilge area where the engine was as ballast also. Maybe a small chest freezer to hold ice for refrigeration in that area also. That is if I have time for this.
