Let's take 'em one at a time:

1. how do i get side window screens out/ It seems ..take out bottom rail, pull out and remove screens. is it that simple?

Hell no! The tracks have to come out.

2. Marina says battery charger is done for and i should get a new one. what is price range? it seems $79.00 to $600.00.how do i know or do i trust mech?

Put a meter on the battery as it's supposedly being charged. If you don't see 13.5 to 14.5 volts, the charger is shot. If so, buy a good quality MARINE charger that puts out about 20 amps. All you need.

3. i wnat a inverter for 12volt to 110 volt for on board under counter ref only. How many batterys to buy and what inverter at what price?

Depends on what you want to run. I have a 2KW unit and it's never seen more than about 1KW of load. We use a combination of up to 4 batteries to run it.

4. I Put on a new alum 30 inch swim platform..my painter says marinette white is no longer sold by interlux. while doing this i am having transom repainted white. painter says new paint will be higher gloss.

So what? Easiest thing on earth is to REDUCE the gloss of paint! (The other way around is tough.) Blending can produce any color you want, and the original color is long gone, faded by time.
