Re: 37' Aft cabin needs to go
I think there is a 37 in Delaware also - in the same status. It was abandoned.

Re: Cockpit hard top
I wanted to put one on mine. I found a 37 being scrapped in DE and was trying to get the roof off of it to fabricate and connect to my roof over the cockpit. It appeared that I could use the former wall structure to support the extension. Ended up not having the time for such a project and gave up. ...

I had to add a separate selection switch for each feed and checked each common and ground wire with an elec meter when I put it back toge...

Shorepower and selector switch may get completely rewired this weekend as the weather is looking decent. I'm replacing the galvanic isolator and redoing the grounds to the panel too. 3 of my 4 shorepower ...

Re: knowledge and advice sought on Seacrest houseboat performance/capability
Erik, There is one at the Marietta boat club that used to be at our dock. With twin 318 Chryslers the owner said it would hit 30 MPH. I witnessed him cruising along the river at a pretty good clip. That boat is probably on the hard at the boat club. I've heard that the hull is somewhat similar to th...

Re: Seacoat Sea-speed bottom paint
Has anyone looked in Coal Tar Epoxy? Dad used it on his Aluminum Pluckebaum, His Monticello (Aluminum Hull), that was factory bottom paint of choice. Boat was a 2000 (20 years old), still has original coal tar coating to this day. When he bought it, someone had painted over the coal tar with an unk...
